Goal/Problem

Optimize the eCommerce shopping experience through customized membership model mockups tailored to specific brand needs. Enhance user engagement and retention to improve customer lifetime value (LTV), boost average order value (AOV), and minimize churn rate. Additionally, spearheading a complete revamp of the Subscribfy website, developing high-fidelity, responsive prototypes.

Result/Solution

Led initiatives and efforts of design, working alongside the sales team and the IT team. Secured over 10 multimillion-dollar accounts, advancing the eCommerce businesses, including existing clients, up to +150% LTV, x3 revenue, +30% AOV, and 50% opt-in rate for the membership, using data-driven insights via A/B testing with Intelligems.
